Free shipping on all orders above ₹299. Orders below ₹299 attract a flat ₹50 shipping charge. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select pincodes with a ₹40 convenience fee.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email and SMS. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days across India, shipped through trusted partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees.

If your package arrives damaged or tampered, do not accept it — photograph it immediately and report to us within 48 hours of delivery. For wrong or defective products, contact us within 48 hours with your order ID and clear photos. Please note that opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene standards, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
