Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on www.cemeracosmetics.com and is issued by BEVON COSMETICS (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold on CEMERA Cosmetics are 100% authentic and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors.

Each product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure product integrity and packaging standards.

2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in the order

Strict Claim Window

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances

3. Mandatory Proof Requirements

To initiate any return or replacement request, the following are mandatory:

  • Continuous and unedited unboxing video
  • Clear images of the product
  • Image of shipping label
  • Invoice or Order ID

Failure to provide the required proof may result in rejection of the claim.

4. Unboxing Video Guidelines

The unboxing video must:

  • Be recorded in one continuous shot
  • Have no edits, cuts, or pauses
  • Clearly show:
    • Sealed outer packaging
    • Shipping label
    • All sides of the parcel
    • Complete unboxing process
    • All products received

Incomplete, unclear, or edited videos may result in claim rejection.

5. Before Accepting Delivery

If the package appears tampered, damaged, or open:

  • Do not accept delivery
  • Capture clear images immediately
  • Report the issue to our support team

Accepted tampered packages may not qualify for return or replacement claims.

6. Return Conditions

To qualify for return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused and unopened
  • Seal must remain intact
  • Original packaging must be preserved
  • All labels, tags, and barcodes must be intact
  • Original shipping box must be available
  • All freebies and promotional items must be returned

7. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, opened, or seal is broken
  • Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or overuse
  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Missing original packaging, labels, tags, or invoice
  • Tampered serial number or barcode
  • Product altered after delivery
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Shade or color mismatch
  • Free or promotional items
  • Sale or clearance products unless defective

8. Kits / Combo Products

Items sold as part of a kit or combo are not eligible for individual return.

The complete kit or combo must be returned in original condition.

9. Freebies Policy

Freebies and promotional items:

  • Must be returned along with the main product
  • Are subject to availability
  • May be substituted without prior notice
  • No refund or replacement is applicable for freebies

10. Return Process

Step 1

Email support@cemeracosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Step 2

Share the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video

Step 3

Once approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be assigned within 24–48 hours
  • Pickup may take 2–4 business days depending on serviceability

Step 4

Returned product will be inspected at our warehouse before final approval.

11. Approval & Inspection

Refunds or replacements are processed only after inspection and verification of the returned product.

We reserve the right to approve or reject claims based on condition assessment and policy compliance.

12. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, refund will be processed instead

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.

Refund Modes

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

COD Orders

Refunds will be processed via:

  • UPI transfer
  • Bank transfer

Customers must provide accurate bank or UPI details for processing.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges
  • COD charges
  • COD Convenience Fee

Additional COD convenience fee: ₹40

14. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

15. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

Orders may be returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of shipping charges and applicable fees

16. Delivery Confirmation Clause

If shipment tracking status shows “Delivered”:

  • The order will be considered successfully delivered
  • Any delivery-related dispute must be reported within 48 hours
  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted

17. Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject suspicious or repeated claims
  • Block customer accounts for misuse
  • Refuse future service in cases of policy abuse

This includes misuse of returns, refunds, COD orders, or promotional offers.

18. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Minor packaging damage not affecting product usability
  • Shade or color variations due to screen/display settings
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners

Customers are advised to conduct a patch test before product use.
